What Did We Do?

Analyze via Beam Design Layouts and Re-design so construction company could perform
More than 25,000 square meters worked upon 4 buildings Jaco, San Pedro, Guapiles and Sabana where we analyzed structural elements with our Beam Team; a group of structural engineers, architects, interior designers, and other engineering services so the construction company could make the physical interventions.

What Did We Do?

Design, Remodel & Restore | Construction Permits | Work Overview and Site Inspections
After a deep understanding of our foreign client we transformed the recreational area called "Rancho" into a master suite with a permeable design, ocean views, and a structure that evokes the aesthetics of wood.
Carpenters from Switzerland traveled to Costa Rica in order to execute the hand labor with the highest standards along with collaboration of our group.

What Did We Do?

We were hired to design 3 high-end houses for tourism purposes. Currently under Construction.

Design and Land Studies. We were hired to elaborate a Master Plan for a 700m2 house in Santa Barbara de Heredia. The project has to be redisigned as for new government land requierments.

Merari´s House Restoration

We resolved issues with the National Registry to obtain the Municipality’s approval for the intervention of an existing abandoned house. We developed the design and detailing for its restoration and expansion, and we are currently working on the construction drawings.

What Did We Do?

Modifications have been implemented to improve the functionality of the first floor by incorporating a new room, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Additionally, improvements to the adjacent areas were recommended to enhance the overall spatial dynamics and flow.

What Did We Do?

Hired to design a Real Estate Office in Avellanas for phase I. Construction will start June 15th 2026 and now, we are designing Phase II for an Airbnb solution.

Analize Current Layout and Re-design, Remodel & Transform | Construction Hands On
Our task was to design and build a new space that not only honored existing elements, but also re-imagined the atmosphere with a unique and inspiring concept.

What Did We Do?

Reuse and redesign the existing furniture
We conducted a detailed assessment of the current furniture, evaluating each piece for integration into the new design.
We also proposed new furniture that harmonized seamlessly with the space.
Design inspired by "Alice in Wonderland"
The new Atelier invites each client to step into a magical world, filled with tranquility and relaxation, where every corner inspires a connection to glamour.
Custom construction
We crafted each element of the space with precision and creativity, addressing any unexpected challenges with practical and effective solutions.
Seamless logistics
We coordinated the relocation of the business to its new location, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Thanks to our meticulous planning, the business remained fully functional, maximizing productivity throughout the transition.
